Planet Cracker ("the game") is published by Puffy Interactive ("we"). This policy explains what data the game and its partners collect, why, and the choices you have. Contact: benjamingranville@gmail.com.
The game has no accounts and we do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location. Your game progress is saved on your device. The game shows optional rewarded video ads, may show interstitial ads, offers optional in-app purchases, and uses advertising and purchasing services as described below.

| App activation, session lengths, play time and selected gameplay milestones, such as tutorial completion, upgrades, levels and worlds reached and days returned; ad impressions and the advertising revenue each one earned; rewarded videos watched; in-app purchases (product, price, currency and the store's transaction number); app and device information; IP address; advertising identifier where permitted | Measuring installs and the performance of advertising campaigns for the game | Meta, in versions containing the Meta SDK and where the game's privacy settings permit it |
| Purchase history for the game's in-app products | Delivering and restoring what you bought | Apple (the App Store) on iPhone, or Google (Google Play Billing) on Android. We never see your payment card details. |
These partners act under their own privacy policies. Data is encrypted in transit. We do not sell your personal data for money; sharing identifiers with advertising partners for personalised ads may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under some laws, and you can opt out as described below.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will help have it removed.
Game progress and purchase entitlements are kept on your device until removed. Support emails are retained for as long as needed to resolve your request and meet applicable obligations. Advertising and purchasing services retain data under their own policies; store transaction records may remain available after you uninstall the game.
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
